Intercultural trainer and coach Jacquelyn Reeves, M.S., has trained and consulted for over 25 years between the USA and Germany. Her experience includes work in the auto, engineering, pharmaceutical, IT, telecommunications and rail transport industries.
She specializes in transitional projects and has an M.S. in Adult, Continuing, and Occupational Education. She regularly evaluates and consults for companies seeking to establish, maintain or improve communication between departments, institutions, multinational interests and other entities to optimize communication and reduce the risk of failed processes, while increasing productivity and workplace satisfaction.

Dr. Fiona Citkin came to the U.S. as a Fulbright Scholar from Ukraine. A professional educator, author, blogger, and internationally renowned intercultural consultant, she holds two doctorates, speaks three languages, and consults on intercultural business competencies, diversity, and women’s issues. Dr. Citkin’s first book, rooted in her consulting practice, Transformational Diversity: Why and How Intercultural Competencies Can Help Organizations to Survive and Thrive (SHRM Publishing, 2011), won 2012 Top Champion of Diversity award.
