A contributing blogger to Reeves3c since March 2016 Helena was first engaged as the Research Lead for the Pilot Focus Group exploring (online) privacy values across cultures. She holds a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Process Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

In 2017, Helena won an innovation award for her work in Digital Literacy.
